I am an accountant. I work for TOV company. I work in accounting in HCM City. My main duty is to manage accounting activities complete financial records, prepare the kind of reports, etc. By and large, my job involves financial accounting of the company. I always do with the numbers => work with/ deal with numbers, documents and data. In order to finish the reports on time, I often work overtime in the end of month=> at the end of each month. Now and then I am stressful because of deadline of statements=> statement deadlines. Accounting is an occupation which requires=> requiring the accuracy and carefulness. [ Linking word] People who do accounting should be meticulous and truthful. I think so that. Telling about my job, I feel rewarding because it is suitable for my major which I graduated. Furthermore, my company is good as it offers full compensation and benefit packages for all the staffs including vacation time, paid sick days, health insurance, pay raise, company trip.

My name is Anna. I work as a Production Planner at a German company. I am in charge of making a production plan for a plant in Tay Ninh province. My production plan includes daily, weekly, and monthly plans. A production plan that meets customer requests is one of my goals.=> My production plan including daily, weekly and monthly plans should meet our customer requests (By joining 2 sentences, you can avoid repetition) Every day, I communicate with many colleagues. Almost=> Most of them are very friendly and helpful. English is very necessary for my job because my manager is a German guy. He can not speak Vietnamese. 1.2        Previous Minutes

In the last meeting, we considered about the process of payment for the reimbursement but it seems to not be clarified clearly. So today we will discuss in detail this matter. 

1.2.1   Confirmation

Suggestion of Accounting Apartment to Event Apartment

-        Everyone should collect fully the invoices related to all projects. These invoices should be the correctly information of the company and they should be sent to the accountant timely according to the firm’s policy. 

-        Everyone should avoid paying the expenses without the bills. Otherwise, no reimbursement will be back if you do not show the proofs.

-        The form of overtime needs to send the accountant after the projects finish. Please fill it out and send it without delay. You will not calculate your salary on the payroll if you forget it.

Suggestion of HR to Event Apartment

-        Everyone always fingerprints when coming to the company. The most important that you need to be on time. Please note that you are not late more than 3 times.

-        After finishing the project, the reports must be sent to B.O.D so that B.O.D review them before announcing them to the clients.

-        Please bear in mind the submission of leave days below:

·           Before 7 days in case 1-3 leave days

·           Before 30 days in case 4 leave days above

-        Accounting Department will inform the new time to submit the timesheet.

-        Event Department need to proceed with the timeline for the reports.

-        Find the new process for the organization of event to profess more and more.
