         <title>Students- A root cause of this is the amount of screen time that students are spending in school, but more so after school. Staff- all the tasks being put on their plates, it tends to have staff having a hard time staying engaged. Families- outside activities are taking over and they are trusting that the school is handling the engagement piece at school. </title>

         <title>Discipline Issues (mainly focused at the high school) supported by SWPBIS data. The causes are multiple, including staff members being visible and willing to assist students outside of their classes. We are also discussing social and emotional needs of students, specifically tier 2 &amp; 3 students. We feel confident in how we have serviced these students academically; however, emotionally we are realizing the gaps.</title>
