Thus, based on the 21st century skills the education system tends to be more student center. Then, the student participate to the learning process, learn for the future and for life. 

2- What have you learned that you did not know?
I've learned that each person has his own intelligences. Furthermore, if we want to have a successful education system the teachers must have the ability to identify students' learning styles and have the flexibility to use different strategies in class. Consequently, promote the learning in a deep understanding level.

3. How does it impact the way you teach? 
In fact, after I started to be more conscious about the learning process and I understood that little changes in the way we teach can impact significantly the students' life, I have been more intentional in my classes and I have been making an effort to create opportunities to the students be active in the learning process. I think we took the first step, but there is a long way to learn more about the 21st Century Skills and the techniques that can help us to change the reality of schools and students in the world.

I didn't know anything about the 21st Century Skills, in fact that was the first time I've ever heard about it. rs

2. What have you learned  that you did not know?

I learned that we teachers need to inovate our classes with more communication and collaboration of the students. The students must be the center of the classes and it has to be more inovative than never! We need to evaluate each student and treat them different according to their needs, even if they are a group.
3. How does it impact the way you teach?
Now I am trying to use more media, information and  technology in my classes. Also I started preparing my classes thinking about how students will react! I make they collaborate more and more each class and I have already observed results!
