Wednesday (or M or F) afternoons could be an opportunity for students to receive Special Services in small groups or individually. Also, the alternative to 50% capacity should not be 100% Building. Students, Staff, and community members need on going technology opportunities to develop online skills! Not to mention less bussing hassles. We could offer 4 days a week- Building with 1 day a week -Online. If we cut one day of the week to do meetings and online stuff we might have to create days that we have more than two specials a day since we would be losing a day. Thats two specials a week less than normal. My CONCERN remains: 
teaching responsibilities in this model are greater than the allotted time we have to complete tasks. Running 2 teaching models simultaneously is going to require lots of planning. Please join me in SUPPORTING our right to have work time on the ONE day of the week we have!

This would greatly assist with scheduling supervision for the playground and cut down on the amount of time lunch and recess take up during the day.
