People from here play soccer which is really odd because you don't imagine people from here playing this. Also people from Nigeria live in small little houses that look like tents.

I learned there is more than 500 languages and cultures in Nigeria, which is pretty big number. They are monotheistic. They have a famous food which is jolly rice. Also one of their economic problems is the mismanagement or crude oil and natural gas which made me think they aren't really organize.

Also, she mentioned about her parents not being able to come to Turkey because the border close. I feel so bad and surprised that she's being so strong with her parents being far.

Ways people rebuild their lives after a displacement is by being really strong. Their lives changed completely and their not used to that life. Others wont even act the same, they lose themselves. However, they try hard to regain their life. They look for better opportunities.

I liked how well organized it was and had a page about myself.Even though no one will see it, I liked the idea I can go back to it anytime and refer stuff about the book I read. This website is successful talking about my book because I mainly focused on the important events to talk about with every project. The ideas I put can help readers understand the book better. Overall, doing the website was fun because you can organized it however you want.

This book might matter to me by it can help me understand more about what people face when their african american. It matters to people around me by allowing them to know more what different people face and how they overcome their situation. This matters to the world by it can help people open up their eyes and see different perspectives in this issue.

Cultural Exchange project (nigeria)

Planning the cultural exchange project was hard and frustrating. It was hard because it was only me and Adilene, no group. What I learned about myself is that I shouldn't trust group members on things because you never know if they find the project important. I learned a lot about my partner like she was better on thinking of ideas than me. At first I was really scared that the project was going to be a lot but at the end it was the opposite. I don't know if its because Neman allowed us to do half because it was only two of us but it was easy. I was nervous at the end because I didn't know what to expect. I was proud of myself because I started the project and even if I made mistakes when I was talking because I was nervous, I didn't give up. I'll say I did learned a lot about my World Region mostly when I read the books. What I would do differently if I can start over is just to pay more attention with my World Region and take notes about new stuff so the project would be easier.

This matters to me because learning a new country is fun.
This matters to people around me because it can teach them things about a new region.
It matters to the world because they can stop stereotypes and actually learn stuff about Nigeria.
