         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Marketing is the process by which companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customers in return. </li><li>Companies knowing customers and knowing how to create value for the customer. Good customer relationships enable companies to capture value and retain income. </li></ul><div><br><strong>Needs and wants of the marketplace </strong><br>companies use real user experiences (mystery shopper etc) to understand improvements and know where they are going wrong.
