Esmorzar saludable bertacentelles16 https://padlet.com/gemmacano16/4vfuxn05aqlr/wish/176886775 El dilluns dia 19/6 vam realitzar un taller on ens van ensenyar a preparar-nos nosaltres sols un bon esmorzar, molt saludable, i ens van explicar tot el que necessitava el cos per a tenir energia per a tot el dia, principalment l'esmorzar del matí, molt important.
Vam preparar un entrepà amb pa amb llavors, oli, tomàquet, enciam, tonyina i gall d'indi. Tot això ho vam acompanyar amb un batut de llet i plàtan on hi vam afegir una mica de canyella. Deliciós!!!
