Some engineers work hands on designing and building aircraft, spacecraft, and missiles in a lab. Nowadays more engineers are working in an office environment to utilize design and simulation programs to avoid extra costs that would be entailed to build and test real aircraft. If the tests on a new design or modification look good, then they would begin building in real life.

I am really interested in anything that flies

and I already have rudimentary understanding

of the physics involved. I do well in math and science.

Also, only a bachelors degree is required to enter the

industry. The pay doesn't hurt either.
