A more emotional and less subtle presentation of my subject would be something I would like to accomplish in my final artwork. This time I would like to highlight Mary and Jesus Christ, but in a way that would emphasise the relationship between human maternal love and divinity, and the lifeless body of Jesus cradled in Mary's arms.

I also want to explore the idea that it's okay to be vulnerable sometimes, as showing vulnerability or openness can be a form of strength. I want to communicate that embracing vulnerability is not a weakness but a powerful expression of courage and resilience.

I would find it fascinating to capture this moment in an artwork because it would showcase the differences between human and divine responses to suffering. The divinity of Jesus often means strength beyond human comprehension, but Mary's raw emotion reminds us that we are also capable of greatness. Rather than being signs of weakness, her tears, in my opinion, are signs of profound love and enduring strength. As a result, I believe this contrast would create an eye-catching visual narrative, underscoring the power of both divine serenity and human vulnerability.

Additionally, I want to present the different lightings that are shown in my piece by incorporating the principle of contrast into the design.
