There is mountains which I personally think would be a plus cause I love mountains. Some cons are the Heat which is over 100 degrees normally I would overcome that though by living in the mountains where it is cool and I got a nice breeze. Theres also Desert which I consider a con but I would probably never go there if I lied in the mountains. There is also, flooding but if I lived in the mountains on a hill I would be fine its almost like there isn't a problem a mountain couldn't fix.
