Creativity: is the ability to generate new ideas or concepts, of new associations between ideas and known concepts, which usually produce original solutions

Public Speaking:it is the art of public speaking with clarity, precision and eloquence. Its purpose is to persuade an audience on some specific topic.

Teamwork:  it is a work that is carried out through a group of members who have a common goal, although each one develops their tasks individually to achieve it.

Active Listening:it consists of a form of communication that demonstrates to the speaker that the listener has understood him. There are several levels of listening that can be used depending on the level of understanding that is reached in each case. 

Adaptability:Ability to adapt to changes in situations without resulting in a reduction in efficiency and commitment.

Empathy:When we talk about empathy, we refer to a cognitive, emotional or affective skill of the individual, in which he is able to put himself in the emotional situation of another.

Leadership: Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal. In a business setting, this can mean directing workers and colleagues with a strategy to meet the company's needs.

Communication:  is the exchange of information that occurs between two or more individuals with the aim of providing information and receiving it. This process involves a sender and a receiver, in addition to the message that is revealed.

Problem Solving: Problem solving is the next stage of when you have defined what the problem is, therefore you could say that it is the completion of it. The resolution refers to the act of ending something, while problem is a setback that can be given to a person or on a situation.

According to me, I have the capacity for creativity since I look for videos of crafts and try to do them, I also manage to improve, for example, the covers of notebooks so that they look nice, and I like to create things with what I find at home. For example, it makes I once made a trash can out of newspaper.

leadership: it is the set of managerial skills or directives that an individual has to influence the way of being and acting of people or in a certain work group, making this team work enthusiastically towards the achievement of their goals and objectives. It is also understood as the ability to delegate, take initiative, manage,
 convene, promote, encourage, motivate and evaluate a project, effectively and efficiently, be it personal, managerial or institutional (within the administrative process of the organization).
leadership does not entail an unequal distribution of power, because the members of the group are not powerless, but rather shape the group's activities in different ways. although as a general rule, the leader will have the last word.

Empathy is the ability to understand the feelings and emotions of others. It helps our human relationships, not only primary, but also those that we establish in youth and adulthood. Empathy has numerous advantages, such as the following: It enriches our understanding of the world and allows us to enjoy our relationships. It is knowing how to listen to others, understand their problems and emotions. When someone says "there was an immediate empathy between us", it means that there was a great connection, an immediate identification.
Once I was walking down the street with my sister, when a man approached us and asked us for money to get to his house since he had run out of money. We both put ourselves in his place and how we would feel in that situation.

I strongly believe and think that communication is one of the most important skills that you can have.
Being able to communicate information clearly and accurately can help you in a lot of ways, it doesnt really matter in what way you communicate, throught art, writing, messages, speaking, etc. 
we are human beings, and we are social aswell, we have the urge and the need to communicate with others to "survive", if we dont communicate what we want, need or desire to others we wouldnt be happy at all. communicating brings and gives understanding, if you explain what you need other people might understand and help you.
i might not be able to explain at all why its so important to communicate but i think that the point is quite clear
giving examples of this

lets imagine that you feel estress out, you have a ton of work to do and you have to take care of your family, and you dont have time for both, so you need help, if you dont communicate this to someone you will have to deal with it alone, but if you tell this to someone close, like a member of your family or a close friend they might help you to take care of your family or might offer the number of a caregiver who can help you aswell.

You have this oddly especific problem with your friend, they think that you dont care about them because you havent communicate in some weeks now and theyre sad, a way of fixing this problem is by talking and communicating, just saying that you have been quite bussy and you didnt meant it, that you were focused on yourself and didnt think of it at all, aswell you could promise to try to speak to them more often and dont forget about them and try to make time for them because you care.
You can deal with problems and life alone, but if you communicate and ask for help and support of other people who go throught the same can make things much easier
