I learned a lot on International's School materials and how they are integrated to the others schools' segments I wasn't familiar with yet. Also, I made a lot of progress on understanding what is the core of bilinguism and what it takes to succesfully apply it with the help of the 4 pillars of UNESCO, BNCC, CLIL, PBL, etc. I'm super happy and excited about what comes forward.

One of the first thoughts that people might have when studying the Essential Programme is that there are too many contents and that it will be challenging to memorize everything. Although there are some truth behind it, I don't think memorizing is the path. Studying and taking valuable notes is part of the process, but internalizing the core of the Bilingual Education is the most important, because once you have understood it, you can face all the rest.

I think that the process of Embark helps to standarlize approaches, notion of the products, company's culture and values and understand better what we are offering to schools. When I know what I do, but my friend doesn't, we can't cocreate and help each other, so it's important to create this sense of owner, where everybody is aware of their own roles and each others.

Today, I had a deep dive in Allbie Platform and Rubrics, it was a long content, but very informative. During the activations, I could share experiences with Caio and Ana, which led to many reflections througout the discussions. Some of them are still echoing in my mind, such as contemplating what role we should play as advisors and the impact we can have on the teachers we advise. Learning the technicalities is essential, but treating people with respect comes in first place.

I learned so many things that it's hard to list. When I look back and think about the Rafaella that started the Embark five days ago, I see a different person. I person who thought that imagined what would come next, but that maybe couldn't measure the proportions. It was a long journey, when you think you know enough, there comes more information to take in. However, I feel much safer to start my path as an advisor, I learned how to communicate more effectively, how to plan lessons better and the technicalities about the program. Words are not enough to thank Ana and Caio!
