Most don't have many emotions. Meaning they are quite empty compared to "normal" people, In the video it compared the parts of the brain that show a response to emotion and the schizophrenia brain had barely any. They tend to become suicidal due to not being able to feel anything.

Positive: I didn't notice much positive, I mean it could be convenient to not feel sorrow but it still is sad because you can't feel anything.
Negative: Lack of emotion, empathy, etc. hallucinations, problems with staying in touch with reality.

There are two types there are voices and visions.
The voices might often say things that are suicidal, or frightening. For exampleIn the video the girl said the voices told her she should kill her self. She also saw visual things such as a hooded shadow type man that would just stare at her, one time even "choking" her.

They are studying the hallucinations and are trying to learn to manage it through medication. Like we have talked about before in class we see and hear through our brain meaning there is miscommunication within their brains causing them to think it's an outside voice.
