      <description>Šos treniņus var veikt mājās un tie nesīs lielus uzlabojumus, ja tiks veikti regulāri un katru dienu, un, galvenokārt, ja klausīsiet video trenerus un darīsiet kā parādīts. Katram treniņam ir sava grūtības pakāpe un tie ir jāpilda pēc iespējas kvalitatīvāk. Ievērojot pareizu uzturu (~20mg tīra proteīna) pirms treniņa ļaus muskuļiem attīstīties. P.S.
