Conclusions we can draw from this theme would be that Atticus is telling Scout it a sin to kill a person if they haven't done anything wrong. I choose this evidence because the mockingbird symbolizes the idea of innocence. This proves my theme statement because later in the book, Tom Robinson dies because he is accused but didn't do anything wrong, he just was a black man.

Conclusions we can draw from this would be that society alters what people actually do. I chose this evidence because it shows us that personality should matter instead of a skin color. This proves my theme statement because, again, society is merely choosing people based on their skin tone, and not what they are inside.

Conclusions we can draw from this would be comparing a white man to a black man, Atticus is saying that white man have privileges because they are the more "dominant, better" people in society. I choose this evidence because it clearly relates to the theme statement. This proves my theme statement because it shows us how Atticus it trying to tell Scout to respect other races because white men, in this generation, have too much "ego" for being white.

This picture is when the trial takes place, Atticus is standing next to Tom Robinson. We can infer that he is defending Tom because Atticus knows that Tom didn't do anything wrong and is trying to prove that in court.
