Working together will teach the children’s about problem solving and about trust between peers and the children, working as a team with colleagues is important because we show our actions towards the children as they will know more about respect and responsibility, we as in educator always show about team work in the workplace either by making snack for the children or doing an activity because it is important to show respect and trust.

This is something we like to do and be in our daycare because it is one of the most important ways of life style we grew up learning from out parents, grandparents and ancestors.

Working together for a common cause is evident in our daycare because we always encourage the children to be nice to one another and help someone if needed, they have empathy for other children and that what helps them want to be a god friend.

First thing in the morning be on the door to welcome the parents and the children, ullakuut qanuipi,ulluqatiariit, being kind makes big difference in life even to a child.
