Leaders need to communicate with their collegues in order for them to be effective leaders. Communication comes with a connection to the people they talk to. Having good communication makes people want to follow you and it makes them want you to be their leader. The main thing that I look for in a leader would be if they were trustworthy. Most leaders are truthful, this contributes to them being trustworthy. This trait is important because no one would consider someone that lies a leader. This leadership type displays ideals like working together with their members and they believe strongly in communication. Leaders that fall under this category strive to help others reach their personal goals and making the member be the best that they could. I agree that I am a democratic leader because I strongly beleive in communication. Another characteristic of a good leader that lies within me would be my communication skills. I am open and willing to talk to anyone for whatever they might need. My main weakness that needs to be in a leader is being not forceful. I say this because in certain situations when people are not doing what they need to, I will get angry and demand them to do their work.
