Existentialist

In an existentialist curriculum, constructive alignment can still be applied, but in a more flexible way. Instead of focusing on strict learning goals, the outcomes would center around personal growth, self-reflection, and individual exploration. Teaching methods like discussions, journaling, and self-directed projects would support this, allowing students to explore their own values and ideas. Assessments would be open-ended, such as reflective essays or creative projects, giving students freedom to express their understanding in their own way. While existentialism values personal choice, constructive alignment can still provide a structure that helps guide learning without limiting the student's freedom to explore and define their own path.

CA & the Systematic Approach share lots of similarities as both of them are well structured, goal oriented and align assessment with learning outcomes. Yet, the CA is student centered, tailoring the learning outcomes to fit students' needs.

In pragmatic the focus is on problem solving, it is more of a flexible approach which mean focus is to find a solution to the problem in context

While CA is a frame work with fixed learning outcome and it is kind of fixed learning journey as the focus is more on achieving learning outcomes

The hollow men analogy reflects a lot on the current application of CA, as it appears to be well-structured, shaped and aligned from the outside, while from the inside it is hollowed, with empty spaces lacking true structure, teachers' room of creativity and real focus on learners' needs.
