         <description><![CDATA[<p> What kind of technology would your teacher use to present an assignment or lecture? </p><ul><li><p>He did not have much technology when he was in school. They were not allowed to use calculators. They did not have computers available. They had overhead projectors, movie projectors, chalkboards and the teacher would read to the students. When they had to write a paper: the students would have to go to the index file in the library to find a book as their source for their research papers. </p></li></ul><p>What form of technology was most interesting to you? </p><ul><li><p>He thought the audio visual videos were interesting because he like most people is a visual learner. </p></li></ul><p>What new technology came out when you were in school?</p><ul><li><p>The newest technology that came out when my grandpa was in school was the VCR. It was a Beta machine and they used this mostly in highschool. </p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>In the library, there would be a big long file cabinets and there are cards in there with resources on them. The cabinets are labeled A-Z and when you find your topic you go to the bookshelf to find the book you are looking for. You can then add that book as a resource to your paper you are writing. </p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>What was technology like when you were in school?</p><ul><li><p>She did not have much technology when she was in school. She also had overhead projectors and you would go to the library and search encyclopedia for whatever they were search for their papers and projects. They teacher would also write on the chalkboard.They did not have cellphones at the time. Where students today can't get off their phones in class. </p></li></ul><p>What was your favorite form of technology in school?</p><ul><li><p>My mom really loved a good book and till this day she loves to read. </p></li></ul><p>What was the most difficult form of technology?</p><ul><li><p>She found it difficult when computers first came out because they would take computer classes and it was hard for her to follow along. </p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Over 2,000 years encyclopedias have existed as a study tool for people to study a specific topic. The word encyclopedia comes from a greek word " enkykilos paideia"  which means "general education." To this day people can still go to the library and search encyclopedia. </p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <title>What is a smart board</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>A smart board is a "digital whiteboard." You can only use the "markers" that are provided with the board because if you use normal white board markers in will stain the smart board. The smart board is like a screen. </p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I like your timeline is organized and easy to understand. I like how they answer your questions. </p><p>I didn't know that the library had cabinets were the information to find a book. Also, I understand your mom and the struggle with computers, my mom does too she doesn't like computers or technology. Finally, I consider technology important today but after all technology, it was fascinating to go and search for a book. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Overall this was a very good timeline. Very neat and simple. I loved the details and information given throughout this whole thing. It showed how you took your time and did it with pretty much perfection. Don't really see anything else you could've done to make this much better than what it already is.
