I just completed my cohort for TRA with Arielle coaching me through. She has been such a great support! She has come in person to meet us face-to-face and build relationships, reached out to us through the required newsletters, as well as her own greetings, responded almost immediately, if not within 24 hours of receiving communication from us, always been professional and cheerful, shown thorough knowledge of the course, including mechanics of Canvas, and calmed me down during stages of unnecessary panic.

I wanted to send a huge "shout out" to Ms. Graciela Ochoa, our Cohort 18E Leader. She responded to all email inquiries, checked my artifact #1 when it was sent back for me to resubmit, but with no feedback as to why it was sent back and assisted with providing feedback on the draft of artifact #2 which saved me hours of extra time that I really didn’t have. She also made herself available via Zoom for those who needed assistance of which I attended. She is a great asset to this program.
