Rental sign-in binder by SMCC/Unity

New Rental Sign-in Process

I have put a new binder at the desk at SMCC. It is black and is with the other binders on top of the safe. There is a sheet to use to sign people in/out when they have a rental.

When they come to start their rental please fill in their name, which room, the date, and the time in. Give them a survey (yellow half sheets in the binder) on their way in. When they are leaving fill in the time out, number of people who came, have them sign in the signature box, and collect the survey please.
