Comparison of Curipod other tools eg. with Nearpod is helpful, eg. time extension for students to complete their responses, summary of students' performances during the activity. Providing students with options of drawing or writing to express themselves is good, especially for students who have difficulty expressing themselves verbally.

For for tech savvy students, they can complete the steps then have some time to explore on their own - great for DI!

This feature allows us to save time when creating our learning resources. Additionally, another fun feature is that teachers can allocate additional points to students without an assigned activity. For example if a student is displaying good learning behaviour or gave a good verbal answer during lesson, teachers can give them additional points.

The tools shared during this lesson is pitched appropriately for a secondary school G3 science lesson.

Thanks so much Mandy, Hakim, Zai Ting, Wan Ling and Shu Fen, I really had great fun watching your presentation using Renderforest. The step by step guide is so useful .I can imagine how students with autism, and with MID following these steps closely and will be able to create interesting videos and animations. I went into the website in the evening and explored " create with ai", and this time I keyed in " Jane was walking and Jacob bumped into her". The smart ai came up with all the related scenes and all the videos. I had a lot of fun, and filled with awe how Renderforest can be used to make all kinds of social stories, with help of Ai. Though the pictures can improve some more, I also saw I can use younger children too. This is overall a simple, engaging and relevant tool to use for both teachers and students. Well done team!

I would like to thank my team Sitra, Farah, Cynthia and Serita for coming together and really spending many hours brainstorming how to create this lesson on " Being Scared". First of all, Classpoint not all of us have accounts. Farah and Cynthia were patient to show us the functions of Classpoint, what is really interesting of our presentation is that we really want to showcase the different things it can do. I enjoyed all the activities in particular the check in, brain breaks, the Elmo song, and the Vooks read aloud book. I appreciate my team for thinking through together what other ways students can respond, and made it relevant and engaging for learners of different style. Kudos team for helping to present the lesson as best we can, despite the technical difficulties. I believe i Can bring classpoint to my lessons.I will figure how to buy a premium account from my ICT team. It will help deliver engaging lessons esp to my students profile from APS. Thanks.

This is also where I find myself constantly referring to the the PST framework on pedagogical, social and technological affordances of this Tech Tool - considering the various factors such as elements of collaboration with other designers, or varied representation of content delivery or students responses.

I am thankful for the active participation from our fellow peers during our presentation - in this case also illustrates the engagement level of Curipod!

Thanks so much Kah Kin, Linda, Chung Kit, Kath and Wei Liang for showing three tech tools today Phet Simulator, Blooklet and Google Classroom. I admit I am slower to follow the pace of KK who was patiently giving instructions. Thanks to Kath and Linda who were patiently navigating with me, esp when I did not connect the wire properly to the ends of the bulb, and it fused twice. I learnt from the experiments that it is ok to be creative. It is wonderful to be able to do experiment and complete the worksheet. Google Classroom is such a convenient platform to teach a group of students. Blooklet - I enjoyed the quizzes, and can see myself using this more with my students even testing them on English reading words, or simple Math concepts. Though I think the fast paced switching may be a little too intense for students with autism, other tools might be useful for eg using a checklist to check out steps of a task. The Phet Simulator has a slimmer chance of being utilised in my current school, as there are no Science in my school. I will find ways to try out Blooklet and Google Classroom. Thanks KK and team for making such huge effort to show us so many useful tools. Appreciate it.

Thanks so much Constance for being so animated and warm hearted in your demonstration of lesson using Classpoint, I enjoyed this lesson u and lovely team Sheran, Weng, Isabel and Selina have created.

I like the draggable function where you encouraged students to come to the front to show the answer. I also like the record function of a video when we were doing the role play. The insertion of the different features in Classpoint, and even the sharing of affordances help me see the relevance of how I can use this to teach social skills in my lessons. The teacher Constance also made us ( the students) felt at ease, and I suddenly realised that high tech tools can help increase engagement, but nothing can be possible without the teacher. Seeing how Constance skillfully conduct the lesson and how several "students" like Hakim, JoLynn and Wendy joined in, I really like the communication which went on between the teacher and students. This does show evidence that Classpoint is truely engaging and interactive. I had great fun following this lesson. Thanks.

I was drawn by the advantages of Curipod, esp when it can embed videos, and students could do a poll, and time management can be extended when teachers noticed on the spot that students need more time. I also like the AI feedback.

There was a section where teachers can view the feedback of the students, while I did not enjoy drawing, I did not like the idea when my "picture" was taken away( deleted) when it is described as poorly drawn by AI.

I also particularly like what members did, they interjected when itis time to share or explore the affordances. Sometimes, I find it hard to locate suitable video animation on Youtube for the lesson topic. With Renderforest, I would be able to create my own, which is wonderful. We can also engage students by getting them to jointly create the animation together with us, so they will “own” it and make the lesson more impressionable for them.

Thank you for the rich sharing in Vooks and ClassPoint. After your sharing I went to explore Vooks. It's very interesting and engaging, I can imagine it being very useful for our low progress learners in primary school - how the affordances of technology will enable our students to still enjoy stories through interactive books.

I also enjoyed using other features on ClassPoint - I thought being able to search images/gif to represent my response for some questions were helpful. Would be helpful for students who may find more comfort in looking for visual representation of their responses.

Thank you for your generous sharing!

I feel encouraged to learn that everyone took something away from the sharing, and were so supportive, despite the technical difficulties we encountered with the audio. I am deeply grateful to my team as I learnt so much through this process of collaborative learning. I got to explore Sesame Workshop, Vooks, using Classpoint and YouTube and all with great thought to think through how we could select relevant tech tools to meet the learning objective for our student. I am excited about the idea of using Animated Storybooks with my students!

I appreciate very much how the team highlighted the use of low tech tools and high tech tools at the start of the lesson and that each has it's function and usefulness. Check-in on emotions using the coloured cards AND use of Classpoint to engage the learner and provide reinforcement for participation through awarding Stars!

I also liked the part where to check for understanding - we can get the student to drag and drop the sequence of steps of the skill taught (to reorder in the correct order). Thank you all so much for the sharing! :)

It was very helpful in helping me learn about the usefulness of the tool in conducting a lesson :) and also learning about its limitations. I find most interesting the AI feature for feedback to the students on their responses. Thank you all so much !

Thank you for sharing Curipod. Had previously used Nearpod, and found that Curipod is a great alternative to Nearpod, especially the AI whiteboard feature. Its ability to seamlessly integrate quizzes, polls, and open-ended questions has definitely enhanced classroom participation. Thank you for the limitations too, especially when students who are "mischievous" started pranking the teachers. Overall, it will be a valuable addition to my teaching toolkit.

Thank you team for sharing Classpoint and its paid version. Was inclined to try Classpoint previously, but was limited by the options in the free version. When the team showed ClassPoint and how it can make PowerPoint presentations more interactive and engaging (plus video upload feature), and with "stars" being awarded for effort and performance, I felt that it is definitely a plus point to get my ICT head to purchase the paid version to try out as well. It’s user-friendly and has made real-time assessment much smoother. I really appreciate how the team has presented the different features seamlessly through their presentation.

Thank you team for sharing so many different tools in one short presentation. I really like the PhET Simulator which offers hands-on, visual learning opportunities, making complex scientific concepts easier to grasp. This is especially useful for students who are weaker in understanding more abstract concepts. Have been usually Blooket, Google Classroom and Classtool, but usually on standalone. Really in awe to see how they can seamlessly integrate everything into one lesson.

Thank you for bringing stories to life in the classroom, using vooks to make understanding a topic more accessible and fun. I found that it enhances comprehension through its visual and auditory elements, making lessons more immersive. Also, for highlighting the importance of selecting the right video from YouTube, so that students can develop deeper self-awareness and connection to the material. And thank you for sharing another feature on Classpoint, of providing options for students to take a picture or select an image, whichever they feel more comfortable in representing themselves.

Thank you for the positive feedback from everyone :) Tried Renderforest with my team when we first started exploring and love its wide range of templates allows for easy customization. We wanted a video that will be easy to make so that students can take home and re-watched whenever they are free. The basic features were more than sufficient to start and create your own personalisation videos.
