Formal communication on all school related matters to be sent via emails at least 3 workings days ahead. (can be sent earlier, but reminders can be sent at least 3 working days ahead)

To message during office hours only (no messaging during weekends unless urgent)

Staff will only be notified when the notification is sent to parents.

Parents will ask teachers when they receive the notification. Teachers may not even know that the notification has been sent out if he/she has not checked their email

Can we contact the other parent if the primary point of contact is uncontactable?

If the parent that is in constant communication with teacher is not the primary point of contact, is that okay? Do we still have inform the primary point of contact?

Briefing to all teachers and students on schools rules and regulations

Writing down on the whiteboard who has left the classroom for safety reasons

Updating of latecomers’ attendance

All to know about what is happening in the entire school instead of only the level that they are teaching.
