         <description><![CDATA[<p>Life education is a fantastic place to learn. You can learn well-being. Well-being means being comfortable, healthy and happy. We also learned spiritual, physical, other and mental.</p><p><br/></p><p>we learned about our food diet. Many foods like fruits, vegetables, chicken, they have sugar but not added sugar. If you eat like that sometimes food like cookies, ice cream, orange juice and lollies have added sugar then sugar that was already on it. It can also make you have energy for a short period of time which is called a sugar rush. Sugar rush is like having too much sugar then being too energetic but only for a little while then having no energy after. If you have vegetables it won't give you much energy but it would stay for a long time. The four group foods are: fruits and vegetables, milk, grains and proteins.</p><p><br/></p><p>In my opinion, life education is like a store where you can get ideas then you use them for your intelligence.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I learned about the five food groups that are,</p><p>fruits and vegetables,grains,dairy,and protein.</p><p>Fruits: These are a  good source of vitamins,minerals,and fiber.</p><p>Vegetables:Just like fruits,vegetables are packed with nutrients,and fiber and variety of colors and types.</p><p>Grains: grains provide carbohydrates for energy,and can be whole grains(like brown rice or whole wheat bread).</p><p>Protein Foods: protein is essentional for building and repairing tissues,and can be found in sources like meat,poultry fish,eggs,beans and nuts.</p><p>Dairy: dairy provides  calcium and other nutrients and includes,milk,yogurt,and cheese.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Life Education is a caravan full of wonders. They teach various types of topics such as well-being and food. (That's the topic the teachers chose!) They taught well-being first. They showed us Harold the Giraffe and said a greeting and said bye in Maori AKA "Ka Kite Ano!" When we learned  about well-being, these were the different types of well-being as mentioned: Family, Culture, Mental, Physical, Environment, Context, Time, Spiritual, and other.  We also learned about the 4 different food groups. Fruit and Vegetables, Grains, Milk  and Milk products and  Protein. We learnt that Fruit and Vegetables give you energy for a longer period of time and don't give you a quick sugar crash unlike some snacks like chips, lollies, chocolate and more. When you eat a snack, your energy goes up like a skyscraper and then crashes down like a plane crash. We also tried to guess how much teaspoons/tablespoons a sugar drink has. Powerade has so much sugar, you would have to brisk walk for 52 whole minutes in order to burn it off. And no, brisk walking isn't just dawdling in the park. It is walking fast (not running!) with no breaks. This is why you should drink water because water obviously has no sugar. Powerade is ONLY reserved for pro athletes who really need to keep their head in the game. Why? Because sugar gives them a spike of adrenaline and helps them win.</p><p><br></p><p>I think Life Education (my opinion) is a spectacular place to learn and store facts in your brain.</p>]]></description>
