I usually get up at five in the morning, I have breakfast at seven in the morning, My breakfast is potato broth and chocolate with bread or just the chocolate with bread, To get to work I have to travel by motorcycle. I have lunch at half past one, My lunch changes daily but it is made up of a cereal serving, a carbohydrate serving and sometimes vegetables or protein. I return home around six in the evening after leaving work, After my work at night I dedicate myself to my study to do homework and others. I have dinner after leaving work with my grandmother who lives in the town before traveling to the countryside where I live, My dinner can be the same food left over from lunch or a hot drink with bread and My bedtime depends on how much homework I have from college, if it's a few at nine or ten at night. On the weekends I dedicate myself to doing university tasks, attending the Eucharist and spending time with the family. Once a week with the university only.

What are the main touristic places in your city our town?

I live in Toca, and I am going to tell you a little bit about the beautiful town, it is located in the department of boyaca, in the central province,, The main tourist places in Toca are, The dam of the cup, this is a water reservoir where you can see a lot of wildlife, other is The stone town, this is a place located in the moor of the village of Tuaneca up where there are some rock formations accumulated, the jet of the old is a good place to visit, this is located in the village of Chorrera, is a spectacular waterfall that can be seen from the top and bottom, at the bottom we find a mirror of water in which we can bathe and has a beautiful view to be surrounded by nature.In my town there are other places that have not yet been recognised as tourist attractions and very few people know about them.

The new glamping installed in the village of san francisco, this place has a great view of the dam of the cup and also of all the upper part of the municipality.

What is the typical food in your city?

On the other hand the typical food of my town is the cuchuco of wheat with espinaso, this is a dish composed of several ingredients, where each of them gives the characteristics of flavor, texture and scent thus generating a very delicious dish.

What are the main ingredients of the typical  food? 

This meal is usually prepared with wheat, carrots, potatoes, water, salt and pork bones.
