Hamilton school in Camden, New Jersey to catch his school bus when he negligently and carelessy ran into the Plaintiff Mrs. Eileen Blau. But a reasonable 11 year old who is late getting to his bus is going to run there. He hasn't fully developed to think through all of his options. She was ridiculed all over the internet for her ridiculous claim that an 11 year old who was just trying to catch his bus she be held responsible for the damages that were caused.
