Congress can set/collect taxes, borrow money, regulate trade, coin money. Congress must set up postal service and issue patents/copyrights. War must be authorized by congress to write laws. 

2) Executive: The President, Vice President and the Cabinet. It carries out laws made by the legislature branch. Enforce laws; commander in chief of armed forces, authority to make treaties, appoint supreme court judges; appoint ambassadors, declare wars; veto bills from Congress.

3) Judicial: Supreme Court (9 judges). It interprets the laws and settles disputes. They need to make sure the laws support the constitution. Interprets the constitution and other laws; reviews lower courts decisions or make sure the are being constitutional.

• Executive Branch -  The Legislative Branch has the power to override vetoes and impeach a President over this branch and The Judicial branch declares executive acts unconstitutional over this branch.
• Judicial Branch - The Legislative Branch has the power to approve and impeach federal judges over this branch and The Executive branch has the power to appoint federal judges over this branch.
• Legislative Branch - The Executive Branch has the power to veto acts of congress and call congress into special sessions over this branch and The Judicial branch declares laws unconstitutional over this branch.

This amendment is important because it gave women somewhat of an equal opportunity of man. 

The eighteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed by the 21st Amendment. The 21st amendment is important because alcohol brings people together. Now although many bad things can happen under the influence of alcohol it has really made the world less tense, people can just have a drink and escape from the worlds harsh reality, such as Donald Trump.

Conservatives and Republicans consoled themselves by pointing to aspects of the court’s ruling suggesting limits on Congress’ commerce and spending power." This is something that should not been been reformed or tampered with. It is important that American citizens have health care no matter what.
