Eilis Lacey: I believe that Eilis Lacey is an Aquarius. I believe that because Aquarius are very driven and Eilis is driven to work hard in Miss Kelly’s store and maybe a future job. 

Rose Lacey: Lastly I believe that Rose Lacey is a Libra. I believ that she is a Libra because they’re very talkative just like Rose. According to the book Eilis is a second choice in a sense for her family. Everyone loves her sister Rose. I think since Rose is spoiled and very loved by her mother Eilis grew up in the shadows. Eilis probably the child who got ‘hand me down’ clothes and didn’t get very many toys. It makes total sense why she wants to get a job in America and move. Meaning: “Pledged to God” Irish version of Elizabeth. 
I think the the name Eilis fits for the character because she is very devoted to what she goes to do. To be pledged to God you have to be very devoted. The name doesn’t make some sense because in the book Eilis doesn’t talk about her religious beliefs. 

Rose 
Meaning: Beauty. A flower. 
I think the name Rose goes with the character because she is described as beautiful and guys hate turning her down. The name doesn’t make some sense because the smell of roses is sweet and people named Rose should be sweet. C is for commitment. Lynda committed to helping others as a nurse at a young age in nursing school.
D is for death. While working in hospital in Vietnam they couldn’t save all the hundreds of people who came in.
E is the ER. Technically the only place in the Vietnam hospitals other than the OR.
F is for first year. Lynda is a first year nurse in Vietnam.
G is for gruesome. War injuries are the worse injuries both visually and internally.
H is for hospital. Obviously there has to be a hospital near when ever a nurse or doctor are at work.
I is for important. Every single nurse and doctor in Vietnam are very important because they save lives.
J is for Jesus. Lynda was very religious and followed the teachings of Jesus.
K is for Kaplan. Colonel Kaplan was Barbara’s father who helped them get into Vietnam.
L is for Lynda. Lynda Van Devanter is the main character of the story. This is a story of her life during Vietnam.
M is for mas-cal. Mas-Cal is short for mass casualty. The most horrific thing that can happen in the hospital.
N is for napalm. Napalm is used for extreme burn victims in Vietnam.
O is for the OR. OR stands for operating room. Lynda is a scrub nurse in the operating room most of the time.
P is for physical shape. Most nurses in the army don’t want to work out to stay in physical shape.
Q is for a quick trip. Lynda and Barbara where hoping for a quick trip to their boot camp but that wasn’t the case.
R is for the rememberance pool. Vietnam pool had a remembrance pool named the Bernard J. Piccolo memorial swimming pool.
S is for suffering. Many people fighting in Vietnam are suffering either from the heat or the war it’s self.
T is for tired. On hospital shift during mas-cals no one gets any sleep. They stay awake for 48 hours.
U is for unethical. Coretta is very unethical according to Lynda.
V is for Vietnamese. Although Americans are fighting against them the hospitals still have to help make them better.
W is for war. Lynda is a army nurse in the Vietnam war.
X is for X-ray. Even though they’re far away from America they still have the technology from hospitals.
Y is for young children. Young children wander around the army base in Vietnam.

I think Lynda should watch Thank You For Your Service. That movie is about a soilder who comes home from the war in Iraq and he has to adjust to regular life again. I feel like Lynda would really like that movie because when she came back from Vietnam she had a difficult time adjusting from the war also. 

2. The next movie I think Lynda should watch is The American Nurse. That movie is a documentary about American nurses and how they are amazing and deserve more respect then they get now. Lynda would enjoy this movie because she when through crazy amounts of training to become a nurse and she’ll like the fact that they think they deserve more respect because they do. 

3. The Maze Runner Death Cure. Lynda should watch this random movie because the death cure is full of action and I know she’ll enjoy lots of action. The Death Cure is about teenagers finding a cure for a tragic disease that has killed more that half of the population in the world. 

4. The Nurse. The nurse is a horror movie about a nurse who seeks revenge on the man who drove her father to suicide. I think Lynda would enjoy horror movies because it is nothing compared to what she went through in Vietnam. 

5. Platoon. This movie is about a man who left college to fight in Vietnam in the year 1967. Friday: Spend a full day of history at the Tower of London 

Saturday: Try to catch the queen at Buckingham Palace.

The second person I think that Holmes would look up to is Ignatius Pollaky. Pollaky is a famous detective from England. Mycroft: The name Mycroft means mouth of a stream and enclosed field. No this name doesn’t work at all with this character. He is neither and stream or field. Ron: I already know what Ron fears and I find it very relatable. Ron fears spiders. I personally don’t fear spiders I just hate them with a passion. I don’t understand why they are here.
