I read the Lord of the Rings when I was in Junior High and devoured the books in a few weeks time reading all 5 books including the Silmarillion and the Hobbit. Hermione was born as a Muggle which means she got her wizard ability not inherited from her parents, and that makes her different from the pure-blood wizard who got their talents through inheritance. 

Muggles are usually seen as second class wizards but it didn’t stop Hermione to keep on learning and practicing until she’s become one of the talented wizards same as the other pure blooded wizard.

The Mamba Mentality: How I Play is Kobe Bryant’s inspirational and detailed 20‑year basketball autobiography. For Bryant, the mamba mentality is his ability to focus and have faith that his hard work and practice pay off, during the most trying of times.  This book is not purely about basketball, but how he succeeded through tough times and what his mindset was like.
