No One Eats Alone Day was started in 2012 by Californian students in honor of a classmate who died at 15. The classmate, Lili, had cranial facial syndrome and was often left out of social activities in her Middle School. Her classmates did not understand how isolated Lili felt until her death and created this movement to ensure that other students never felt excluded again.

As a school, we are striving to create a school wide culture of tolerance, inclusion and empathy. We believe that students from all backgrounds need opportunities to interact to promote healthy peer relationships. We are hoping that by participating in the No One Eats Alone Campaign, students will make new friends and we will create a positive environment for all of our children.
