The procrastination style that fits me the most is the dreamer styles. This is because I would often plan what tasks (especially assignments) to do for upcoming days. However, I failed to complete the tasks I planned for that particular day. This is because I lose my focus while doing the task. For example, I would suddenly started to stream videos and YouTube and the allocated time I provided to finish the task is wasted. Therefore, I would have to finish it on the day. In my opinion, what I need to improve is my self-discipline. It is okay to take a short break in between doing work but I have to limit myself not to over-resting while doing the task.
(NOR ANISSA)

CAUSE: One of the causes that contribute to procrastination is when the responsible part of our brain which is called prefrontal cortex that handle our working memory gets overwork without taking a break in between completing tasks.
