A day in the life of a general pediatrics resident at Nationwide Children's Hospital is busy and has many tasks. It starts early in the morning with rounds, where they talk about the patients and their treatment plans. They work with other doctors to give the best care.

They offer three pediatric residencies: general pediatrics, internal medicine pediatrics, and dual pediatrics. Residents in these programs are exposed to an incredibly diverse patient population. They receive continuous education and support from their prestigious faculty throughout the duration of their residencies.

They also attend classes and meetings to learn more about medicine. It can be a lot of work, taking care of sick kids and helping keep them healthy, but it's very fulfilling
