         <title>Theoretical Perspective - Theory of group formation By Daniel Hernandez</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The theory that I will use is <em>the theory of interaction, this is the name provided in the document provided by the UNAD called “Quantitative theory use”</em>. It was developed by  <em>Homans (1950) However on internet it appears as the THEORY OF GROUP FORMATION,</em> and it was used to study <em>how a group of people and the environment in which they operate shapes their behavior and final outcome</em>. This theory indicates that <em>there are three elements activities, interactions and sentiments and these 3 elements are related to each another</em>. As applied to my topic, this theory holds that I would expect my independent variable(s) <em>Place of work (where they gathered, for example, a company), activity (employees working into an office), frequency in which the group of people does this activity (Monday to Friday 8-5Pm)</em> to influence or explain the dependent variable(s) <em>Employees does not like their job, protesting because of unnecessary long time shifts, argue they could come less hours(sentiments or feelings)</em> because <em>they all have something in common, go to work at the same time, develop activities for the same company, one of them started saying they work too much and the rest of them began to follow him and repeat the same statement.<br></em><br></div><div>This demonstrates the theory of group formation created by Homans and applied to a 21 century example using a company and their employees a company, it applies the 3 elements or factors, activities (work), interactions (employees working Monday to Friday), sentiments (nobody likes the amount of hours they work. </div>]]></description>
