         <description><![CDATA[<p>Benefits: Students engage in the responsibility of their learning. It allows for differentiation. </p><p>Challenge: May not have the resources to implement blended learning effectively.</p><p>I liked the idea of the in class flip. In a science class this can work really well because we can set up the stations and spend our time in the power zone facilitating learning as students teach themselves.</p>]]></description>
