Both sites having their own unique features and fame. So to solve that I made a pro's and cons chart:

So, then I finally decided on agreeing on Facebook since, it had most of the important features needed for virtual meeting.

While it may not have a chat feature, it does however have live stream abilities, and offers a creative way to have a meeting.
