After this is done, the group plans to find partner organizations that would support the advocacy. This phase would be looking for volunteers and other professionals that could help develop Patak. This may be through marketing, operations, app development, funding, and the like. 

The next phase the group envisions would be the launching of the app. This phase would focus on the application's social media presence on social media platforms and the help of volunteers to market the product. After, the group aims to gain traction and users. There would be patrons of the app and supporters. Users who are free-to-use may encounter in-app paid advertisements. Meanwhile, paying users will receive more features, ad-less usage, and essential features.

a,b) Patak is an application that aims to serve the Clean Water & Sanitation SDG by helping individuals decipher whether the water in a certain location is potable. With this in mind, the key activities/programs would include a GPS service for the application, and the water quality guidelines created by the Pollution Control Association of the Philippines, Inc. [PCAPI] (2020). First, the application will have would be a GPS system to identify the user's location. Second, the local guidelines created by the PCAPI will be the basis for the application's criteria in rating if the water quality in a certain area would be potable. 

c) For the platforms, the group aims to have this as a mobile app. This means that the application will be on mobile gadgets for users have increased access given the 79 million of smartphone users in the Philippines as of 2020 (Statista, 2021).  With this in mind, it is important to note that another key activity the group would include collaboration with mobile application developers to align the vision the group has for their application. 

(B) Distribution Channels
a) As mentioned previously, the group aims to have the application on mobile devices. The group will mainly use social media to increase awareness for users to download the application on their respective devices. Given this, the group would have a key activity in increasing their social media presence to increase their awareness of the existence of the group's solution. Additionally, the group would need to partner with the Local Government Units of the target market (i.e. Laguna) and their initiatives that align with the advocacy. This should be done as possible users of the application could be informed of the existence of the group's application through the LGU and increases awareness. 

(C) Customer Relationships

a and b) In producing relationships with customers, the application would use their social media accounts and have a support email the application could have for customers to contact the group. A key activity would include collaboration with customers to make sure the solution is working to serve the intended purpose of such through focus group discussions and the like.

(D) Revenue Streams
a) The group aims to produce profit through advertisements in the application, and some premium features within the application. Users could opt to pay for these features or remove advertisements in the application. Given this, a key activity relating to the revenue streams would be the process of hammering out the financial side of the company and making sure the business will be sustainable. The group will be in constant communication with PCAPI to hammer out the guidelines and modules the group will create. This ensures information will be accurate with respect to existing guidelines.

Second, mobile application markets and developers would be a partner of the group as their solution is a mobile app and the group will aim to align with the developers in creating the application to the specific vision they have. 

Third, the group aims to have point persons that they could tag as consultants. These consultants are resource people that the group could consult with regarding their next steps, and the execution of their solution.

Fourth, the local government units of the target market (i.e. Laguna) would be another partner. Since Patak is free for all and is public, we want to ensure that we partner with the government units that would be affected by Patak. Through partnerships with the government, it can ensure that the benefits that could be gained would be sustainable. These units can also help verify the reliability of Patak. 

Fifth, the group looks into organizations with similar advocacies as potential partners. This is the case as Patak would reach its target customers through partner organizations. Additionally, these organizations could collaborate with the group and increase awareness for these advocacies and organizations as they are included in Patak. Examples of these organizations would include Waves for Water, Earth Island Institute, and Green Empowerment. Again, these organizations would help in reaching out to the people who would benefit, finding volunteers who could aid in our advocacy, and most of all, becoming one step closer to achieving the SDG, Clean Water, and Sanitation.

Patak would require a GPS since it is location-based. There would also be other features such as live updates and modules that would give information on how to filter water for use.
