Why a teacher? They ask me. I am not just a teacher, I say. I am a doctor that detects when a child is feeling sick, I am both the mother and father of the child at school, I am a comedian that makes the child laugh. Being a teacher is much more than these.

Why a teacher? They ask me. Well, to just teach the children to read and write, to just let them explore the world and ask question, to just invite them to think and learn. If that’s what you think a teacher is, then I am fine with being JUST a teacher.
