(Music)
Type of visual organiser:
Timeline graphic organizer (Creately-11.)
Description: I can't take off my mind the excelent activity of Monet! I will do a narration with gestures too, and after that I will present to students a timeline graphic organizer with the main events in Bethoven's life. They could use a similar mind map to do a 1st draft of their own biography about their favourite musician.

Justification of your choice: It is helpful because it allows you to structurate a beggining (he was born...) and an end (he died..). It allows to link years or other time references to boxes where you can add photos or small pieces of text. I have to say that I will simplify a little bit the timeline graphic, with less events. Now, it's too long.

Hi there! I'm Joana, from Josep Janés school.
My proposal is to create an infographic about personal and school goals with 6th grade students.
Description of the activity: for this activity, every pupil is going to have to present (using an infography desing) a list of personal objectives that he or she wants to achieve at the end of the current term (so it's going to be an exercise that will be done thrice during an scholar course). They will have to focus on which goals they'd like to reach and on wether they have accomplished it or not (in the following term). It's going to be an activity that helps them think about their personal route in education and in life, focusing on the fact that we can always go back and modify our goals in order to make them more approachable.
Justification of my choice: I've chosen the infography design because I think it's very used in educational contexts. I also reckon that in an infography you can combine different ways of presenting the information (mind maps, circular diagrams, schemes...) depending on what you prefer.

After a few lessons discovering the 17th Goals. Now we need to think about 3 goals we would like to reasearch and work on. Students are asked to debate in pairs about which goals are most interesting and importants and later, doing the same in 5 people teams. Finally, we would put in common the choices of each team and all together decide 3 Sustanaible Developement Goals that we are ready to work (Edraw).

Why is this visual organiser helpful?:
Padlet is a great online tool which helps to make inputs more visual and engaging and also very useful for paste other pictures, links or other input from others resources like mindmaps or infographies. On the other hand, Edraw is a great digital tool for making mind maps. Edraw helps students to structure in a graphic way the aim of this activity; reach agreements of the goals that students are ready to work on.
