No one sits down a 5 year old with a dictionary and says 'memorize this.' Content (vocabulary) will come as needed and in areas most applicable for the student. It is impossible to know it all, but you can be an expert at what you have a passion for. "puzzle piece" of a system still has to fit into the giant "puzzle" of education... and will it fit? Will these students be successful with learning less content and more 21st century soft skills, as the film put it?
