         <title>White Balance</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>White balance (WB) is the process of removing unrealistic color casts, so that objects which appear white in person are rendered white in your photo. Proper camera white balance has to take into account the "color temperature" of a light source, which refers to the relative warmth or coolness of white light. <br><br>How Does It Work?<br><strong>Take a photo of the gray card</strong> you need to make sure there is NOTHING else in the shot. You should see nothing but the card. If you have one without a target on it, your camera will not be able to focus on it, so switch to manual focus and take the shot. It's okay if it is not sharp – that doesn't matter. You should have something that looks like this. If you see anything other than gray – get closer!<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>In traditional (film) photography</strong> ISO (or ASA) was the indication of how sensitive a film was to light. It was measured in numbers (you’ve probably seen them on films – 100, 200, 400, 800 etc). The lower the number the lower the sensitivity of the film and the finer the grain in the shots you’re taking.</div><div><strong>In Digital Photography</strong> ISO measures the sensitivity of the image sensor. The same principles apply as in film photography – the lower the number the less sensitive your camera is to light and the finer the grain.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The process I used to create these two images was that I exposed the pinhole to light so that light could go through the hole and reflect on the photosensitive paper.<br> <br>The end result for the first image at the top was overly exposed and the white image at the bottom was underlly exposed. The overly ecxpoed image was caused by me allowing to much sunlight onto the photosenisitve paper and the underly exposed image was cause by me not alloiwing enough light on to the photosensitive paper. <br><br>Yes i experinced some difficulties when attemting this. This was because sometimes I couldnt pull of the celotape because it was on to tight when the timer had already started.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I created this by getting a pin and pushing it through the pringle packet to make a pinhole camera.<br><br>The end result was great because it worked like an actual camera once i managed how much time i needed to use to allow light in so that the sensitive paper got a clear image and not a over exposed or under exposed image like shown on my pinhole camera 1.<br><br>i didnt exerperience and problems when making this pinhole.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Analysis of Photograph<br><br>Jomo Kenyatta was a Kenyan anti-colonial activist and politician who governed Kenya as its Prime Minister from 1963 to 1964. He was also the first President of Kenya from 1964 to 1978. He was the country's first black head of government and played a major role in the transformation of Kenya from a colony of the British Empire into an independent republic. He was an Ideologically African nationalist and conservative who led Kenyas African National Union (KANU) party from 1961 until his death.<br><br>The photographer controlled the formal elements by using a plane background so that the image of Jomo stands out and is the main topic of the photo.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The mood I used to capture this image was fun. The type of light used was natural/warm light to make it look like a sunny day. i controlled the light by changing the ISO to 100 and white balance to orange. <br>The equipment used was a digital camera, natural light and an  SD card. I used the technique of photographing the birds because it looked like they were having a nice time enjoying the weather by the river.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The process I used to make this photogram was that I placed objects directly onto a light sensitive paper also known as photo sensitive paper and then exposed it to light for eight seconds.<br><br>After that I then placed it into three chemicals. The first one was the developer which is a chemicals that converts the hidden image into a visible image then I put it in the fix which stabilises the image, removing the unexposed silver halide remaining on the photosensitive paper, <br>And Lastly the stop which stops all chemical reactions.<br> <br>This technique ended up giving me a great end result with a clear view of the objects placed on the light sensitve paper.<br><br>Yes this is what i intended and i didnt come across any difficuklits when doing this. </div>]]></description>
