By getting all individuals on board, we bring together everyone's vision, skills, resources, communication, commitment.  Concordia is already "One team, One Ministry" focused--let's make this true across our organization.  Allowing each person to articulate their strengths and contributions will make each member of the team more involved and committed to the shared vision. 

Efforts to increase inclusiveness allows us to reach the other areas organically.
