The gallery could also be used for other stuff like film showings, workshops.... 

A few of you are doing something with Maidstone Prison - maybe we could exhibit the work from that in the gallery?

2. Parties. We’re vaguely thinking of having a one at end of August / beginning of September. Anyone who wants to get involved please do.

3. Interior decoration

The communal areas could be beautified. George C has talked about doing a mural and I think he should! Anyone who's got any other suggestions please put them forward.

4. Regular dinners/lunches/pub. The Brewery as a regular sounds like a great idea. We could also have meals down in the gallery. 

I've also got "coffee mornings" written down - I guess that means make a jug of coffee and see who turns up. Could happen one morning a week?

5. Work crits? God I hated them at art school but I guess they're good for you. Maybe getting in a tutor to go around the studios - obviously only for those who are keen.

6. Artist residency. We're full at the moment but when there's more space (see below) I think we should keep back a studio for a residency. Would be very cool if it was international but then there's the issue of where to put them up.. (Anyone with a spare room??)

9. Open studios. I think there’s a weekend when lots of other studios do it - anyone know?
