Miguel Sánchez Ibáñez, Ph. D., works as an associate professor of Applied Linguistics at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain). He is also a founding member of MariCorners, an academic association that seeks for the promotion of academic works about LGBTIQ+ issues in Spanish.

 

 

Moisés Fernández Cano, Ph. D. candidate in Queer History at the European University Institute of Florence. His research focuses on the everyday spaces of sexual and gender dissidence in the city of Madrid in the 1960s. He is also a founding member of MariCorners and is involved in the Queer and Feminist working group of the University Institute of Florence.

 

Pooja Pant is a filmmaker, women’s rights activist and video journalist. She is the founder and Director of Voices Of Women Media – a women’s rights organization that focuses on access to multimedia and technology as a tool for women’s rights.  She has produced work for CNA, RAW Factual UK, Unicef, Film at 36, AFP,  UNDP, UNRCO, ICIMOD, Asian Development Bank, the British Council, BBC World, Al Jazeera English, WFP and WWF Nepal. Currently, she is based in Nepal
