Pamphlets and articles were published saying&nbsp; <strong>le 14 février 1887, la protestation des Artistes. </strong>&nbsp;Wich was basically telling people there was a protest to the tower being built on febuary 14 of 1889. The protest was signed off by many big names.</div>]]></description>
