I saw some profiles on IG and also YouTube where there are Muslims openly supporting the colony of illegal settlers(Israel) to their right of self determination for a homeland. Lately, it has been challenging for the boys (going to teeanager). I caught them on cctv (installed at home), behaving like an addict. They will on the ipad and play games for at least 30mins without asking for permission. Parents at work. I have changed the ipad passcode now. But im seeing an addict behaviour. Anger, annoyance, esp in my 12yo son. I know im lacking as a parent., thats why its reflecting on my son. Im scared of this teenager phase. That social media has on my sons.

How then should we view and perceive the new “Muslim college” that they’re going to open in Singapore? On one hand, it’s good that Islamic education is being made more accessible to people, especially those who maybe might not be able to study overseas.

They aim to contextual Islamic teachings to the Singapore community but looking at the this through the POV of FT, would this be a form of abolishment/nullifier of proper Islamic teachings?

And, wouldn’t this also reduce the number of Singaporeans who are studying at these overseas universities which are actually established by our scholars and people of sanad? I saw many Singaporeans rejoicing at this idea because it would “reduce the number of Singaporeans coming home with radicalized and extremist views” 🤔

Furthermore some of the institutions they are partnering with for their curriculum are secular schools which are definitely void of sanad and prophetic teaching.

Would it be skeptical to think that they are not opening this school to improve our Iman and spirituality? But rather to create a new generation of asatizahs who would serve the government over the religion?

Do we have reason to be wary of this institution and the future it may bring to the Asatizahs of this country?

Ustazah, is it possible for one to perform salah while holding a mushaf? If yes, how does one maintain minimal movement that would not nullify the salah

Is there any degree at all that it can be used for this? I know some people who look up religious rulings on AI but claim that they won’t trust it wholeheartedly. Should it then be avoided completely?

And if we claim to use it for “small matters”, is there a chance it could lead to reliance on AI and it could snowball into bigger issues?

Also how do we answer to people who say that AI is more reliable than some asatizahs because AI can give you multiple opinions of a matter and has access to all the texts while an Asatizah may be more limited.

I know it all goes back to sanad but what if people don’t even understand the concept of sanad.

Also how we do answer to people who call us paranoid for attributing AI and other technological advancements as tools of the dajjal? They claim that some asatizahs don’t even understand what AI is and therefore have no basis to claim it as such. (I know you’re doing extensive research on this, should other Asatizahs follow suit?)

Lastly, how can we protect ourselves and our family from the dangers of AI when it has become so embedded in our lives and sometimes we don’t even realize AI is involved and that we’re already using it? The rate at which AI is being integrated into our lives is honestly terrifying.

Is it Haram to invest in gold? After listening to you about the cruel country like UAE steal gold and tortured the people from countries like Sudan and all. Even though my intentions I invested are for Hajj.
