If I know what I'm doing then I'm pretty good at taking charge and laying out what needs to be done. Though, I am quick to give up any leadership positions to anyone who wants to take it.

Advice: One of the most important thing I've found while being a leader is communication. Tell your team what they need to know, what you want them to do, and most important, why you want them to do it. If your why is reasonable your team will be more willing to do it.

I like to plan out everything I possibly can but if those plans change then everything past that point becomes null and I have to re-plan everything, which is annoying.

It's nice to have everything planned as long as the plan is used and stuck to.

I lack confidence in my work and second guess when questioned

I think my strength is problem solving and my weakness it time management. My advice would be to use creativity when solving problems.

Weakness: I'm not the best at communicating, usually letting others do the talking for me.

Weakness: Creativity, I am not good at coming up with new ideas

Because I think I have strong observation skills. I can notice details that help me understand situations and find effective solutions.

Weakness: Communication

English is not my first language. I am still learning and improving, so sometimes I might make mistakes when expressing myself.
