         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would start with multiplying 6 and 2 and use the AC method since there weren't any perfect squares and couldn't have been used with basic factoring because not all factors are divisible by 2 and I'd end with (2x+1)(3x+2) and finish this way because of the way that the AC method works. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i would start with factoring and then end with factoring. i would use factoring because there are no perfect squares and use the ac method. find what factor you can multiple with 12 that add up to 7. once you find those factors you can start from there. </div>]]></description>
