on our final week, we have our pre-pitching session where we pitch our idea in front of the pre judges and improve what is needed before the real pitching.
and finally we have our pitching session in front of judges who are expert in their own fields and also future investor.

1. yes, the objective of the project is fulfilled where we have a great exposure to entrepreneurship and educational technologies tool. we learn a lot from many amazing speakers.

2. what i enjoyed the most i get to work with my amazing teammate and create something that is out of my comfort zone. i enjoy learning new tools and knowledge that i hope one day i can used it for my advantage.

3. what i have found challenging is brainstorming for an idea. this is because there are so many applications or tool already but how can we improve and make it stand up than any other competitors.

4. I to be honest did not expect that our prototype app really work in term of design and interface. at first i was expect it will be a really hard to create an app to show what we invision but it work thanks to figma.

5. things that can be improve in this project is more systematic and structure way of making the app and more detail time managing so that we can maximum usage of time for the project

Yes, I was able to learn a lot about entrepreneurship especially on the ideas for online learning due to Covid19. From the lectures given from the professionals, I also able to learn a few prototyping tools that is beneficial for developing our app.

2. One thing I liked about this project is that I learned so much from my own groupmates. Even though we only had 4 weeks to finish a lot of things, we were always in this together. I was grateful for my groupmates for willingly helping and guiding me through out this project.

3. I personally found navigate Figma to design our app as the hardest part followed by learning about finance as a CFO. It took a lot of Google searches and YouTube tutorials for me to finally figure it out. However, I thought of this as a challenge for myself to learn something new and get out of my comfort zone.

4. I was amazed by how the prototype we prepared worked out. I found it hard to help my teammates design it by I was still happy by how it turns out. We really tried our best to figure out what to put on the app, what colour to choose and even how this app can actually benefit medical students. With the help from our mentors, we are able to make an app of our own called Med-It.

5. I hope in the future this program can be held more than 4 weeks since we had a numbers of participants from different fields that may not be familiar with business. 1. Were the objectives of the project fulfilled?
Yes! Apart from having the opportunity to learn new skills, i was able to develop my soft skills such as adaptability and etc.

2. What have you enjoyed or liked the most about the project?
The experience of learning and achieving something new even if i am medical student is exhilarating. The experience of learning the various skills of digital marketing which very much applicable is very enjoyable.

3. What have you found challenging about this project? (any part of the project you found hard to do)
I believe the challenging part was when i had to learn terms which are foreign to my curicullum. As i had to do extra readings to consolidate my learning.

4. What has really worked? (any part in the project that you thought worked well)
I was able to properly follow the timeline and learn enough skills which were of my initial objectives. Besides that i had opportunity to learn some supplementary courses like programming which was fulfilling.

5. What can be improved in this project?

Yes, I have learnt a lot about seasonal fruits in Malaysia.

2. What have you enjoyed or liked the most about the project?
I enjoyed the work in the durian farm as I am able to get closer to the nature after having a hectic life living in the city. I also like to encounter wild creatures in the farm such as snakes, big ants, scorpions, millipedes, centipede etc.

3. What have you found challenging about this project? (any part of the project you found hard to do)

I have spent 3 days working in the farm with the team to deal with the cempedaks and mangosteen trees. The work was physically and mentally challenging as the working condition is not as good as that at the flatland. Despite being in harsh working condition, we worked together as a team so that everything can be done smoothly.

4. What has really worked? (any part in the project that you thought worked well)

I believe I have mastered the skill of cutting durians better than other part of the planned activities. As most of the activities require more experience and strong body physique.

5. What can be improved in this project?
I hope this project can be extend after the end of durian season and pre-durian season for a complete exploration about durians.

Yes, I gained a lot of new knowledge about business model and application prototyping. I also improved my presentation and pitching skills as I repeatedly present our business ideas throughout this Hackathon. Besides that, this hackathon really forced me to be as creative and as innovative as possible to come out with a viable and practical product that can solve current problems. Most of all, I learned how to manage a team.

2. What have you enjoyed or liked the most about the project?
The best thing about this project was working on the business with my friends. I could really see that each of us had something to offer for our business and we balanced each other’s weaknesses. I also had a really good time using Figma to design and develop an interactive prototype for our application. It was really satisfactory to see the final prototype.

3. What have you found challenging about this project? (any part of the project you found hard to do)
It was very challenging to decide whose idea was best (eg: colour of interface, features to include, revenue stream etc) and who was the best person to put in charge on making final decisions in certain aspects (eg: technology, operation, finance etc). I also found it hard to come out with a business model for educational technology as it is so different from the traditional business model.

4. What has really worked? (any part in the project that you thought worked well)
I would say that our business idea was really good in terms of solving current problems practically, and our application prototype had worked out really well. We were even advised to further develop our business after the Hackathon.

5. What can be improved in this project?
I would appreciate it if the Hackathon committees provide lectures that are specific to education technology business model to expose the participants on how educational technology businesses are working in the real world. Other than that, I would like to have more time to work on the business idea. One month is actually enough, it is just that fate put our final exams in the same month.

1. All the objectives that I want to achieve such as master on advertising and learnt to deal with buyer and suppliers also to create self branding and gain money are achieved so far.

2. i enjoyed interact with people especially my customers when i read all their feedback that could make my heart feel like butterflies

3. The hardest and challenging part for me is during the earlier part when we want to get the best taste for our sambal. It took days of trial and error to get the authentic and best taste

4. At first i thought we could not compete the market as we all know there are lots of competitors who sells sambal like us but it turn out we manage to broke inside the market and have loyal customers who repeatedly order with us.

5. As for me, i wish the part that i can improve is i want to make more variety of sambal in the future .

Yes , based on our objectives we managed to learn the proper way to advertise our products and how to run the bussiness smoothly . Besides that , we also gained profit from the selled products .

2) What have you enjoyed or liked the most about the project ?

I enjoyed on making the sambals as i love to cook and it makes me even happier when i know that the sambal will be consume by others . Besides that , I also enjoy reading all the feedback from customers especially when they praise on how good the sambal .

3) What have you found challenging about this project ?

I found that in order to mantain and make sure the bussiness run properly would be the challenging part . As in bussiness we have to make sure that we keep on advertise everyday with new ideas to attract customer . So consistent in promoting the product would be the challenging part for me .

4) What has really worked?

Based on the number of orders that we received , I would say that our advertising and promoting skills is the best that we can achieved .

5) What can be improved in this project ?

I think variety in sambal would help us to improve the bussiness even better . Maybe in the future we can make sambal tempe goreng or sambal hitam . From here our customer will have many choices to purchase from us .

Indeed! Our main objective is to gain experience in entrepreneurship, starting from planning, to surveying products, to managing shopee ads and to our first sale. We have learnt so much in the process and realized the importance of short- and long-term planning in order to gain success in whatever we do. Besides that, I have also learnt how to cooperate and work with other people, in this context, my entrepreneurship partner, Wee Wen Hui. We need to discuss and plan out things together despite our own busyness and different opinions.

2) What have you enjoyed or liked the most about the project ?

I like to do planning throughout the whole project. As we all know, “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”, Yes, it is really hard to do planning, thinking possibilities and challenges that could happen. However, the key is to make things easy is to “get the engine started”, which means start to draft out all the small ideas and it will become a great one.

3) What have you found challenging about this project ?

The most challenging part for me is how to have a strong mentality during my worst. It takes quite some time and a lot of efforts to increase my page and product views, however it is really hard to maintain it at high views. We need to persistently monitor the views graph and evaluate the ads keywords, product names etc, whether did we miss out something, should we change our ads keywords, is our product over supplied in shopee, does it has a low demand? It is definitely challenging to carry on this project when I see my views is low and I have no sales at all.

4) What has really worked?

We have obtain several sales throughout the period of 4 weeks, hence the tactics that we use in managing our shop is working well.

5) What can be improved in this project ?

I think I could engaged more with the customer by investing more shopee ads and improve my ads keywords that costs more. Furthermore, I think I should survey more products to be place in my shopee, so that I could attract more people to view my shop as there are a lot more choices. Next, I also need to be patience to gain a more stable views and more sales.

2. What have you enjoyed or liked the most about the project?
What I have liked the most about the project is that I have gained new skills and knowledge, all together expanding my self potential.

Besides that, seeing the end product of our application makes me so proud and happy.

3. What have you found challenging about this project? (any part of the project you found hard to do)

The whole process of developing the application was very challenging as it was a new experience for me. In addition, provision of Figma for me as the prototyping tool was like giving a monkey a flower hahaha

Lastly, it was a challenge to communicate and be in sync with the team when everything had to be done online. The pandemic and having to balance between my studies was also a challenge in itself.

4. What has really worked? (any part in the project that you thought worked well)

The application prototype turned out really really well. It was even better than my original sketch so I was very proud with our final product.

5. What can be improved in this project?
