I don't think this definition is that far off of what being fit means. You have to be able to provide for yourself to survive and be in a state of well being so you don't die early in your life. And being able to provide for yourself and being in a state of well being, in my mind a constant cycle so if your able to provide for yourself you can be in a state of well being and vise versa. </div>]]></description>
