Focus on the time-wasters when you're at college - stress can be minimised by effective time management.<br><br>5.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1. You should record everything you do from day in to day out, overnight and sleep. What time you went to sleep and woke up, how long you slept, etc.<br><br>2. At the end of the day, go through all the things you done and pick out the ones that are useless and don't need to waste time on. <br><br>3. Pick out at least 5 of the most useless things on your list and be honest with yourself.<br><br>4. Prioritise your to do lists. Limit yourself to 5 tasks a day and rank them for importance<br><br>5. Schedule. Set different tasks in the course of different days instead of trying to do all of them everyday. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. It is better to record everything you do from morning to night. Even the time when you go to sleep and wake up. You can record in a notebook.<br><br>2.  Before you go to sleep, go through what you wrote on your notebook and take out the one that is not productive so you don't waste your time doing it.<br><br>3. Pick out the few things that is on the notebook, which is time waster one and remove it.<br><br>4. Do about 5 thing and put them in order to reduce stress. Put them in number order which you would put to do first.<br><br>5. Make yourself a schedule so you don't do everything in one day. You can do some in one day and do the rest each day so you don't get stress out.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Record everything you do during the day in a book or notepad. From when you wake up to the point you go to sleep. <br><br>2) Analyse the things throughout the day at the end to see what you could change or make more time for. <br><br>3) Pick out the things that is wasting your time and remove them your to-do list. <br><br>4) Limit yourself to 5-6 things to do during the day and low stress. Rank them from important to not much in important. <br><br>5) Cut out the time wasters to save you having to spend a ton of hours on finding an important document or job to do. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I learned that having good time management will really help your stress go down.<br><br>2. To analyse what things you do in the day that is time wasting for example being on social media on 2 hrs a day. So instead of being on it 2 hours a day I cut 1 hr and 45 mins of it and use the useful time I cut  to study more in my own time.<br><br>3. Find what things you do in the day that is time wasters like playing unnecessary games for hours and being on social media <br>4. I learned that decluttering helps you be more organised.<br><br>5. Find out what is beneficial for you to do in the day like working on maths and English and use the hours i wasted to study more on them,<br> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I will keep a track of what I've learnt and what i still need to learn. I'll also make a list of topic i need to work on in maths so i can see where i struggle the most and prioritise them.<br><br>2. At the end of the day, i would go over all the work i have learnt and see if i feel more confidant with the topic. If i'm still not confidant then ill make sure to go over it again.<br><br>3. Try to remove 5 of your most wasting points in your day and remove them eventually. Over time.<br><br>4. Set a target of doing 5 effective things to do within a day and try to achieve this by not getting distracted.<br><br>5. Make everyday different so you don't get bored of doing the same stuff. E.G. Monday- ICT related work, Tuesday- Maths </div>]]></description>

Do only 5 things during a day , and rank them from important to less important.<br>2.  Pick the most useless things you do everyday and completely remove them one by one, day by day.<br>3. Record everything you do during day and night and at the end remove the non important stuff and make time for the important stuff.<br>4.  Managing your time could save you a lot of work in the future.<br>5. Everyday do different stuff but make sure they are important and not time wasters.</div>]]></description>
